Professional Level Home Maintenance

Recurrent tasks like seasonal tune-ups to your furnace and air conditioner, appliance cleanings, and filter replacements can feel overwhelming and incessant. By enrolling in HB ProCare, you can experience the convenience of entrusting these tasks to our reliable and skilled team. We offer the the flexibility to choose how often we visit your home, based on its specific needs. We suggest bi-annual visits to maximize the protective benefits, but more complex homes may require more frequent attention. Each visit starts at $1,400* and includes the following:

Service for furnace, filters and Humidifier:


  • Furnace
    • Inspect igniter and flame sensor
    • Replace standard air filter
    • Clean condensate line
    • Inspect blower motor
    • Check for gas or venting leaks
    • Test safety controls
    • Check/adjust gas pressures
    • Inspect heat exchanger
    • Inspect/clean burners
    • Check amp draw/motors
    • Lubricate all moving parts
    • Test stat operation
    • Inspect wiring

  • Humidifier (if applicable)
    • Flush drain line
    • Change water panel
    • Test solenoid
    • Test for correct operation

Service for A/C Units and Air Exchanger:


  • Air Conditioner
    • Clean outdoor unit
    • Check operating pressures
    • Lubricate all moving parts
    • Monitor operation
    • Check amp draw/motors
    • Inspect blower motor
    • Clean condensate line
    • Replace standard air filter
    • Test stat operation
    • Inspect wiring

  • Air Exchanger (if applicable)
    • Clean pre-filters
    • Inspect core
    • Clean outdoor intake
    • Test for proper operation

  • Smoke detectors: test and replace batteries
  • CO2 detectors: test and replace batteries
  • Visually examine for damage and coordinate service as needed
